⚛️ We are back from a break and leading the mornings drafting is Mark Buttsworth on WICKED TIME with 90 point.
WICKED TIME is a Classic graduate twice over being bred by Jimmy and Bettina Lyons from Tamworth NSW and sold through the 2019 Classic as a 2year old for $18,000 by Doug O’Neill from Charters Towers in QLD.
She was then put back through the Nutrien Classic as a four year old in 2021. Bettina said “She was just such a lovely mare and with 2 years mustering and drafting in QLD, we were very pleased to pick her up again at the Classic in 2021. You just can’t pay for that sort of foundation on them, she has been a great mare, and Jimmy’s daughter Dale has won and placed in quite a few drafts on her”.
Wicked Time is by imported stallion TIMES UP and out of a PLAYBOY ROY mare in YULGILBAR NIGHT DEMONS.
Bettina said they are ecstatic with Buttsy run this morning, “We are feeling outstanding this morning!” She said when we asked how it was having the top run of the first round so far.
