NUTRIEN EQUINE WELCOMES DURHAM PARK

NUTRIEN EQUINE WELCOMES DURHAM PARK

Durham Park ventures to a Nutrien Equine Standardbred Yearling Sale as a vendor for the first time at Oaklands Junction on Sunday, April 3.

The Central Victorian nursery, established by Bruce and Vicki Edward in 2006 and located south of Ballarat, is putting five lots through the sale ring – headlined by a half-brother to Victoria Derby winner and Australian 3yo colt of the year Act Now.

Jaimie-Lee King, who oversees the preparation of the yearlings, said the later sale date had worked well with each of the youngsters being offered later than usual foals

She said had probably saved the best until last with the extra time to prepare them.
