88 and Up for the Final of the Young Guns

Once again the exceptional cattle from Ellerston Pastoral Company meant that the Charlie Maher Memorial Young Guns had a fantastic morning of campdrafting. 91 points was the top score for Lachie Tyler riding SQUIRT, owned by Kristy Taylor. [21 66 4]

As per previous years, if you don’t get 88 and up you won’t be in the final! Each and every year this competition is fiercely contested.

Thank you to judge Lachie Maxwell, who has been a part of the Classic team from the beginning 15 years ago and was also a close friend of Charlie Maher. There is no better person to be overseeing these future champions in this competition.
